Police killed Ismael Lopez while serving a warrant in the middle of the night at the wrong house. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian, the hosts of The Young Turks, break it down. Local news station WMC Action News 5 reports that Southaven police on Monday killed resident Ismael Lopez on Monday evening after arriving at his house in an attempt to serve an arrest warrant for a man named Samuel Pearman, whose house was located about a dozen yards away from Lopez’s. Lopez’s wife, Claudia Linares, tells Action News 5 that she and her husband were sleeping when they were awakened by commotion outside. Her husband went up to investigate the noise first, and Linares says that by the time she got up to join him, he had already been shot by police and was lying dead on the floor. Attorney Murray Wells, who is representing Lopez’s family, says that “bullet holes suggest [police] shot through the door” of Lopez’s house. Police claim that Lopez opened the door and pointed a gun at them, and that they only shot him after repeatedly asking him to drop his weapon. However, some neighbors are disputing the officers’ account.” Read more here: http://www.rawstory.com/2017/07/cops-kill-innocent-man-by-shooting-him-through-a-closed-door-at-the-wrong-house/ Hosts: Cenk Uygur, Ana Kasparian Cast: Cenk Uygur, Ana Kasparian *** The Largest Online News Show in the World. Breaking News: Third Person On Mueller’s Team Booted From Trump Investigation After Discovering What They Secretly Paid Hillary For Source and content: https://goo.gl/ggz5TH Please subscribe and enjoy more: https://goo.gl/AI4MyX The swamp creatures rise again! The Democrat hack so-called investigator Robert Mueller has chosen a staff to investigate President Donald Trump and the fake narrative of Russia Collusion which was conjured up by the Clinton Machine as an excuse for getting her rear end handed to her in 2016 presidential election. But as most everyone knows by now, in typical Democrat form, most of the people Mueller chose conveniently have a history of heavily supporting Democrats, and in particular, Hillary Clinton. This week the blatant biased antics of a third member has come into light, Jeannie Rhee, who has extremely close ties with the Clintons and the Democrat Party. Rhee had worked under Eric Holder for two years during President Obama’s two terms. She has also given over $16,000 to Democrats since 2008. Additionally, maxed out donations to Hillary Clinton in 2015 and 2016. But it doesn’t stop there. Rhee also represented Hillary Clinton during her infamous email lawsuit in 2015, as she worked to block access to Clinton’s private emails and her bathroom servers. Rhee also represented the Clinton Foundation in the racketeering lawsuit in 2015. Let’s not kid ourselves here, Rhee was chosen for a reason. When you want to set up a witch hunt she fits the criteria perfectly. She has donated the full amount an individual can legally donate to Hillary Clinton, she represented Crooked Hillary, and represented the Crooked Clinton Foundation. Via CBS News: These are the lawyers aiding Mueller in the Russia probe: Aaron Zebley Joining the prosecution team in June, Zebley had served as Mueller’s chief of staff while he was FBI director. Before joining the special counsel’s office, he was a partner at law firm WilmerHale, where he focused on cybersecurity issues. He also been senior counselor in the Justice Department’s national security division, a special agent in the FBI’s counterterrorism division and assistant U.S. attorney in the national security and terrorism unit in Alexandria, Virginia, according to a press release from WilmerHale in 2014. Zebley, a former FBI agent himself, also played a role in the 2006 case involving al Qaeda terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui, testifying in the death penalty case against him. Zebley said that investigators may have been able to track own the 9/11 hijackers, and discover the plot, if Moussaoui had been more forthcoming with information prior to the attacks. Zebley had linked Moussaoui to the hijackers through Ramzi bin al-Shibh, who wired money for the operation, and money he sent from Germany, according to a New York Times report from 2006. Jeannie Rhee Rhee joined Mueller’s team in June, according to The Washington Post, and also worked as a partner at WilmerHale. She had previously served as deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel, where she advised White House officials and the attorney general on issues including criminal procedure and national security, according to a WilmerHale press release from 2011. She also served as Assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s office for the District of Columbia. James Quarles Quarles served as an assistant special prosecutor as part of the Watergate Special Prosecution from 1973 until 1975. More recently, he also was a partner at WilmerHale. He also served as a law clerk in a U.S. District Court of Maryland in the early 1970s, according to Bloomberg. Andrew Weissmann Weissmann was the FBI’s general counsel while Mueller was FBI director. In early 2015, he was selected to serve as chief of the fraud section in the Justice Department’s criminal division. He has also worked as a partner at Jenner & Block and was the director of the Enron Task Force from 2002 until 2005. He has spent most of his career at the Department of Justice. During the 1990s, Weissmann worked on a case related to the mafia and Russian organized crime that involved Felix Sater, a Trump business partner who is now a focus of Mueller’s probe. Andrew Goldstein Goldstein joins the Mueller team from the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan, where he was overseeing a separate investigation into former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort’s business and real estate dealings. Mueller has since taken over that investigation as well. Michael Dreeben Dreeben currently serves as the deputy solicitor general in charge of overseeing the Justice Department’s criminal appellate docket. According to the American Law Institute, Dreeben, who has argued more than 100 court cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, joins the team on a “part-time basis.”

Maclean graduated in 1964 from Lawrence University with a B.A. Psychology. He received a law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1967. During the next few years he was a trial attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., an adjunct professor at Denver College of Law, magistrate in the Denver juvenile court, First Assistant Attorney General for the Colorado Department of Law, General Counsel of the Peace Corps. He was also an independent mediator and arbitrator. His first book was In Broad Daylight (1989), an account of the “vigilante killing” of town bully Ken Rex McElroy in downtown Skidmore, Missouri in 1981. 50 people, many of whom had gathered earlier in the day to figure out a way to handle the situation with McElroy if he got off on assault charges from an earlier incident, were said to have been on the street near where McElroy was shot with a high-powered rifle and by a second assailant with a .22. However the prosecutor said he could not bring a case because no towns people would corroborate McElroy's wife's claim identifying the killer.[6] In researching the book MacLean lived with a family outside the town for three years.[7] In Broad Daylight won an Edgar Award for best true crime writing,[8] was on the New York Times bestseller list for 12 weeks charting as high as 2,[9] and was made into a movie starring Brian Dennehy.[10] The book was reissued in 2007 with a new epilogue after the Nodaway County, Missouri prosecutor David Baird who had dealt with the case from the beginning released the county's investigation file.[11] On July 10, 2012, the 31st anniversary of McElroy's killing, In Broad Daylight became available as an e-book.[12] MacLean's second book was Once Upon A Time, A True Story of Memory, Murder and the Law . Eileen Franklin-Lipsker, a California housewife, claimed to recover a repressed memory of her father murdering her playmate twenty years earlier in Foster City, California. Her father, George Thomas Franklin, was tried and convicted solely on the basis of the repressed memory.[13] Franklin's conviction was later overturned by a federal court of appeals.[14][15] MacLean's book, The Past is Never Dead: the Trial of James Ford Seale and Mississippi’s Struggle for Redemption chronicles the 2007 trial of James Ford Seale, for the murder of two black youths in southwest Mississippi in 1964. Seale was charged and convicted of torturing and drowning Charles Moore and Henry Dee in a backwater of the Mississippi River. The Past is Never Dead was nominated for The William Saroyan International Prize for Writing, awarded by Stanford University Libraries.[16] In 2013, MacLean wrote an account of his experience writing "In Broad Daylight" as an ebook [17] and as an addendum to his latest addition.[18] "The Joy of Killing," published in 2015,[19] gained acclaim as MacLean's first novel. The Denver Post describes it as, "A dark, compelling literary work, this marks the fictional debut of Denver true-crime writer Mac Lean. He combines an eerie night in a deserted house with the recollection of a teenage sexual encounter on a train, in a story that explores the lure of violence. The mystery repels and haunts." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_N._MacLean
